SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We know that delivering what you have ordered is the most important thing we can do. We aim to ship all orders placed with us within 24 hours. Allowances should be made for all orders placed on weekends, national holidays and bank holidays.

If we don't have an item in stock, we will post the rest of your order separately (if applicable). Our website is updated daily and everything that is online is, at the time, in stock. Please note we will try and reorder any out of stock items which can take 3 to 10 working days.

Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. You’ll find full details of our delivery charges here. 

Standard UK Delivery - (3 to 5 working days): £3.99 orders under £20

Standard UK Delivery - (3 to 5 working days): FREE on orders over £20

FREE Track & Signed UK Delivery - (3 to 7 working days): On orders over £100

Track & Signed UK Delivery - (3 to 7 working days): £6.99 orders under £100.00

We use FedEx & Royal Mail services for UK. Royal Mail for Rest of World Order-

We strongly recommend using a guaranteed service as this package can be tracked from point to point.

Orders sent via track and signed can take up to 7 days to reach their destination during busy periods (Christmas etc)

OVERSEAS SHIPPING 

​International Tracked & Signed Europe  £12.00. Items are usually delivered in 7-10 working days (this excludes Sundays & public holidays). A Proof of Posting Certificate will be obtained and an online Track and Trace service is also available. Confirmation of delivery is sought through a customer signature (where this is available through our delivery service). All contents are fully insured.

International Tracked & Signed Worldwide  — £12.00. Items are usually delivered in 7-10 working days (this excludes Sundays & public holidays). A Proof of Posting Certificate will be obtained and an online Track and Trace service is also available. Confirmation of delivery is sought through a customer signature. All contents are fully insured.  

PACKING INFORMATION

UK: All jewellery is shipped in a pillow box, padded envelope & security seal.

International: If customs declaration must be made, the phrase ‘piercing supplies’ is used.

 

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the  security seal untouched. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send photo evidence to returns@loulousbodyjewellery.co.uk

Costs related to the return shipment are the buyers responsibility. We recommend to always insure valuable return shipments.

It's the buyers responsibility that the return shipment arrives undamaged and on time.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@loulousbodyjewellery.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items need to be inspected as soon as you receive your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
